There has been a lot of studies on meditation and most of these studies have concluded that meditation has a good impact on your mental health. For managing stress, anxiety and depression to controlling migraines, mania and other mental health issues, meditation has proven to be very useful.
Do you meditate?

No, meditation is not what I'm familiar with. I've read so many things online about how good it helps with one's health but unfortunately, I've not managed to start doing it. It feels like something which won't have any effects on me.
 
I don't meditate but I have tried meditation and have experienced the benefits of meditation. I have been in a 9 days meditation camp and the experience was liberating. Sadly, I could not bring meditation into my daily routine.
