Something I like to be able to do and it was always something my parents, grandma, and auntie used to encourage me and my brothers to do and now I encourage my kids to do is going on walks.

If I am feeling up to it and the weather is good enough I like to go on walks either around the area or get public transport to the nearest beach where we live and then go for a long walk around that area as well. It not only makes me feel so much better getting out of the house and having a change or scenery but it also helps me keep fit as well.

Do you like to go on walks? How often do you go on walks?

I like taking walks during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. Not during winter when it aggravates my arthritis in my hands and knees.

I used to go on walks a lot when I was younger, but my agoraphobia slowly got worse lately and I haven't been on one in ages. I know it'd be healthy if I did get out and take a walk regularly, but... I keep just saying 'someday' because I hope to break this cycle, it's just hard right now.

But I'll say yes regardless. I have no stamina, and it makes me timid, but walks are nice! Especially enjoy just looking around at the architecture and nature around me as I do so!
