I've run into some Karen's before. The entitlement among some of them is soul-crushing and sometimes humorous in the same sense.

It's bad. Retail has babied these people and taught them to treat employees working behind the counter like trash. Karen's and Ken's don't see us workers like we're human beings. We're treated just about as bad as a prostitute is.
