The owner of the company is facing charges and they are being prosecuted as well. The fact remains that despite being wealthy, the owner was prosecuted. The justice system should be strong and they must treat poor and rich equally. if a person violates any law, then they should be dealt with in the court.

No one is actually above the law especially when it is very obvious that you broke that law in a way that a lot of people are affected massively. There is no way you are going to hide from The wrath of the law because you are definitely going to be persecuted. It's what's going on with the company's owner and their business now.

Well, the example of Theranos is in front of us. The company's owner was quite rich and she had much influence as well. She even had links with many politicians as well. However, despite all this, she was not able to escape the law. Judiciary system should be free from corruption.

It is just like exactly what is happening with the former president of the United States of America, Donald Jr. Trump with his case in court today, which if he is eventually found guilty, he will get a longer jail term. From all indications, that's not going to be a good sight to see.
