Whenever you compose your outbound mail to an end user, do you include the price you would want to sell the domain name, or you ask them to make an offer?
Are there any disadvantages of including your price in the email?

Yes, definitely I include the amount at which I want to sell my domain in my outbound email. With this strategy it will be easy for the end user to know if to contact me to reduce the price or not. It's an emotional strategy, if the end user sees the price he or she will feel relaxed on whether to buy or not.

I will assume that you are trying to Sell Geo Domain Name Like TrentonLimoService.com, am I right? Well if that is the case, you can either include price of the domain I your outbound mail or not, this depends on your convictions.

How ever puting the price in the outbound mail gives the end user to decide quickly weather to buy or not. Betters still, it gives them chance to make offer if the price is too high.

Some of the end user may buy the domain name right away if they that the price is within his power. I have seen I friend who sold a domain for nice profit under 2 hour just by including price in the sales letter.

It is the most logical thing to do for you to include the domain price on the domain sales letter so that when this company or organisation get your letter they will be aware of the price that you have quoted for your domain name and they will decide if they can buy it at that amount or not.

I have never sent marketing emails for my domain and website customer. I use flippa to sell my domains and website and I do not do any marketing for my listing

Sometimes people believe that it is better to drop a link to the Market place where the domain name is listed for sale so that the prospective buyer would go right there and purchase it.
