In order to be very organized and stable at whatever one does ona daily basis, there is the need to be meticulous with how you allocate time for your tasks for the day. I always set a target for myself every day

well for me, I have a target for my day

1. for my personal growth

2. I have a target for my spiritual growth

3. I have a target for my skill group.

These 3 targets are very and highly important because they are what set of my day and I would play out for my week I have a plan for the week I tried to break it down into days so this is how I manage myself to make sure I'm at the best form possible.

Yes I always have a lot of target for the day but sometimes I am not always able to achieve them all, that is why I will move them over to the next day and sometimes I always do it at night. It depends on how I arrange it for today.

Normally you will not be liquidated if you're trading spot because the price will just drop in value and no matter how it drop your coin will still be there .but it is completely the other way around in future .when it drops and your money has been cut off completely that is when you will be liquidated.

You are right that the target makes you disciplined regarding the work. However, the target can only bring pressure because you will always struggle to meet your daily target no matter if your schedule is very tight. I also have my target but only in my subconscious.
