Residual income is an income that you make from the work you have done in the past. Royalties from your book, retirement benefits, pensions, insurance bonus, etc. all are residual income. I have a couple of residual incomes. I receive royalties from my books, and I also have a term life insurance that will bring me residual income someday. Do you have any residual income?
