Do you have ad banners on your forum where people can buy advertising?

How much do you charge if you do, and if you don't why not?
It's part of the sustainability of a forum to use ads as a means of monetizing the forum and sustaining itself in my opinion

Ad banners are quite an ingenious way of obtaining finances for a forum because they can be clicked on to generate traffic for the website of that advertisement which goes a long way to help them as well.

if you have ad banners that are always booked, it is a very nice way of generating extra revenue for your website without doing something extra, as this is also an indices that you are doing well.

A lot of forums have it actually they need to make money somehow and ad banners are one of ways to do that I mean for me it's not annoying or anythings I don't mind that

Considering the fact that I don't have any website or forum of my own, but I don't think if it's a bad idea to have a banner for advitising your business, in fact every forum supposed to have that, don't you think it's necessary.

Your assertion is valid no doubt, but apart from advertisement banners, what other means could a web developer use to generate more traffic for his or her page and subsequently monetize it?

I sell advertising from my website and people willing to advertise on my website should send a message via email . On the menu, I have a category that reads "advertise" By clicking that menu button people can learn about ad rates and terms and conditions associated with advertising on my site

At the moment I do not have ad banners on my forums at all that allow people to buy ad space but it is something I am looking into. With me using Xenforo for forums the ability to do this means I would need to buy an addon and at the moment, I am unable to do that due to not having enough funds to do so. I am hoping that once I have enough I will be able to bring this to my sites and be able to offer paid ad space to users and even businesses when my sites become a little busier.

I usually have some banners that I kept separate from the ones that can be filled with automatic advertising from marketplaces. I am very careful with the kind of advertisements that I post there.

Those banners and ad are what the forum owners usually to make money from their forum. It's not all forum owners that have been paid from google AdSense program.
