Do you guys have your own support team for your site? I think it's good to have a support team, but only depending on the site you have. You don't need to have a support team if your site is simple and about news and other such things. A contact email would be fine most likely. Anyway, do you have a support team? Or do you maybe do the support stuff on your own if you have a small business?

Of course you highlighted the major point that if your site isn't as big or as complicated, you don't really need support staff.
But once you've grown to a particular level that maybe your site requires real time interactions and quickly at that too, you'll need support team that can handle the processes from time to time.

The owner of the site should have a functional contact page. When I say functional, I mean the email does not bounce back and the admin actually reads the email and answers back.

it depends on what site you own. if you have a simple site with a blog where you post some articles every day, you don't need any team support. but if you have a website for your business, then yes, it is advisable to have a team support, it helps you a lot. :)

I do not own a site and I don't plan too anytime soon but I believe having a support team for site is the right thing to do, without a support team, the work load would be too much for the admin.

Of course, is very good and important to have a support team on your site. That's those who are willing with the same business agenda to help you in carrying out you daily business or site activities effectively.

Well I don't have a crypto site but sincerely I think it is dependent on the type of website that will be built before putting up a support team

Having a good and a formidable support team is the best thing a sute should have, sending messages to members and staff, answering their messages and helping you do tons of work and monitoring the web sites,

I think that having a support team is very important in order to try and manage the workload that you have to do as well. I also think that they can bring and add new skills to your website as well.

When I had dropshipping website I had online support system where I had 2 staff who offers support and trust me it is always hard to manage support system as it is overworked and boring work to do.

Of course, I have a large team behind my website. You can not handle any sites alone you always need some support and a team. They're trusted people and we paid them for it. No matter which business you'll start. You always need a support team to lead your website

Generally when people start a website then they try to do everything on their own for lack of trust, but once you have a reliable team it is much easier ot manage.

Yes, sure. My sites are still small, i dont have a support team. But i have a support system where the users can book a ticket that will alert me of the issue and i will be able to work on it. The system will track the ticket just like using a dedicated team. I find this easy to manage and atleast i can follow up on the issues raised easily.

That is a good system to have an in a way it seems that it operates in teh same way that you are able to report the posts on this forum and on bizdustry as well.

I do not have support team for my sites, I run blogs and forums that do not need support, evenm when there are some queries, I can handle myself. I have also run online store that needed some moderate level of support and I hired a virtual asststant to handle support queries.

I believe that having a support team is simply the same thing with having staff members in your forum. They are the one's who helps with running of your forum in any way their services are needed to keep the forum fully functional. The size of a forum determines the number of support team the forum is going to need.

For the sites I have at the moment, I do not have a support team as one at the moment is not needed. I and the other admin are able to handle any issues ourselves quite easily.

If my business got busier I may consider a support team that could handle the demand for support but for now, it is not necessary.

The staffs I have on my website are taking the role of support team in their stride. They have been of a great help with running the forum and I will ever be grateful for their assistance. A forum is not meant to be managed alone because the work will be too much for one person.

I can see having a specific "support team" on a community that has thousands of users. This could be helpful for people to feel heard and also get things taken care of perhaps more quickly than without them. With a member base of 500-1000 I think the admins/community team can somewhat be that support team. They take on the roles without the title.

If the size of your forum is small, you won't need a support team. You may not need staffs too because you can handle everything on the forum as you don't have much activities. This is what I looked at when hiring those who are working for me.
