Do you give out user awards to your users?

Do you give out user awards? Maybe an award for top poster, most tenured, funniest, etc. I think bizdustry does awards for their users. It's something a lot of forums do.

Have you implemented awards for users on your forums?

I have never done that but I am thinking of adding some awards in my communities. I will probably have awards for highest contributors, highest reactions, quality posting, etc. I might even give cash incentives with the awards. Maybe other users will consider being active and posting quality content.
