Easy sleeping is when you don't stress or struggle to sleep. If you lay down, in the next 5 minutes, you've slept off. Hard sleeping is the opposite of easy sleeping. It may take hours before you can sleep off.

Do you easy sleep or hard sleep?

It often takes me a minute to crash when I lay down and try to sleep. Trying to force myself to sleep causes me to have anxiety and nausea, so when I am struggling, I'll get up and go do something like play a game or watch tv before I try to sleep again.
 
It depends. I easy sleep when I've struggled to sleep the night before.
I hard sleep when I've had a stressful day or got stuff on my mind.
