Do you drink tea often?

Tea is a routine food for me and it's why I don't miss out on it every morning. My best friend barely drink tea and he keep asking me how it works for me as food. If I take tea in the morning around 8AM, I won't feel hungry till around 4PM or 5PM.

Nope... I don't have it very often. I have coffee far more frequently!

Coffee at work, but when I'm off I am always drinking black or green tea. I don't like to add anything to it.

As much as I have now been able to have coffee since I found coffee syrups that take the bitter taste away from coffee, I still drink quite a lot of tea daily as it is my favourite drink. I tend to drink tea in between drinking water or also sometimes soda if I fancy a change.

Sometimes I will drink fizzy drinks as well.

I have stopped drinking the regular tea about 8 years ago. It's only black and ginseng tea I've been taking now. I drink black tea in the morning and ginseng tea at night.

I generally drink sweet tea every day, it's one of my favorite things to drink. I used to get these tasty energy teas, but they made my anxiety skyrocket. I like honey milk tea as well, and maybe a few other milk teas.

Drinking tea is something that I enjoy to do everyday. I can't go a day without taking a tea because it helps to keep me refreshed at all times.
