Do you allow members to remove their own account?

For some countries, GDPR requires members to the ability to remove their own accounts or have the ability to request it.

Most forum software allows you to set permission to allow a member to remove their own account.

Most social media allows this to occur. Do you feel that forums should also enable it?

Do you allow your members to delete their accounts? Why or why not?

I allow them on request. If someone wants to leave and likes to leave no trace, it is fine with me.
