Do business cards work for site marketing?

To be frank I have basketball keychains with my site and they work pretty fine, but not sure if forums would benefit from that?

Well, it could work for mass marketing if you could reach a lot of people with the cards. You would need a mass in-person meeting of people. Anyway, if it's just for something random, I don't think it would work much for traffic.

I think this depends on the kind of website you have. If your website is a business website where you sell products and services, having a business card and giving it to your potential customers can help you reach customers, and also maybe generate sales. For instance, if you are selling web design service and if you give your card to someone looking to build a website, business card can help you generate sales.
