E-commerce is experiencing some set back, this factors are really limiting the operation and general acceptability of this firm of business, they are fear of deception, fraudulent activities, the high rate of fraudulent activities on the internet discourage many from using e-commerce website at all

E-commerce comes with bithr advantages and disadvantages. Among its disadvantages are the issue of network, it is also prone to online fraudulent. Also, government policy can affect it. For instance, Nigerians are now finding it difficult to trade in some websites due to government policy.

One major reason why I don't like e-commerce is their sub standard products. If you order for a goods online on any e-commerce store, it's likely they deliver a less products you ordered for on their website after paying for goods and delivery fee. Though they accept return policy but it's a waste of time at times.

Also, being a victim of false advertisement where seller uploads good quality photo of product but is completely different when it was received by the customer. Exactly. On the part of e-commerce being very competitive, I can testify with one online store here called Jumia. It sells at the most cheapest price for all products compared to other e-commerce sites. This makes it very difficult for them to keep up in the business.

I can remember when I worked in one sex toys company, in as much as our customers have to wait for their orders to be delivered before they feel and use their products, we always use our hand gloves and do a live video call testing of their products before it's delivered so as to show them it's working.
