Did you ever sell your site?

I have never sold any of my site yet because I prefer to develop it more and posting more interesting things that will attract more viewers to my site so as to earn more than to sell, I usually don't like when people sell their site but it may be due some personal reasons.

The site selling business seems very profitable. I will have to learn more about this. It looks very promising and the amount of money made is very nice too. I will have to look in that direction.

Well, I have never bought or sold sites via flippa. Well, I am not into buying and selling sites yet, however, this is the area where I would like to try my hands. I hear that you can make full time income by selling sites on flippa.

I was using Flippa to sell my sites, however, I do not have any active listings on Flippa. Previously, they allowed you to list your website until it gets sold for a one time price, but now they want you to renew your listing every three months. It is not easy to sell sites. I have tried a couple of other sites but these sites do not have buyers, they only have sellers.

I have thought about selling my site in the past but never actually did it despite it being something I considered.

A lot of the time, I tend to never know what to price it and worry that someone who is interested would end up buying it from me way less than I realized it was worth.

I've never sold a site seeing as the only sites I've ever been the administrator of were on free forum software, which I would think the selling of forums would be against their TOS.

Pricing could be the challenge wotu selling your forum. There is this possibility that you are going to undersell the forum and end up regretting later because that was not the plan that you had in place before. So, unless one is sure of the right amount to sell their forum, I do not see any reason they should think of selling their forum or website.

If you did how much did you make? Selling sites might be hard for some people as they are attached to it but when it seems that you can't continue working on it I think its the best option to sell it.

Personally, I know a lot of people who are currently into this business of flipping website. They are so good when it comes to starting or building a new website, once it gets decent activities with lots of contents, they are marketed and sold off immediately. They mostly make use of Flippa marketplace to sell them.

I have worked with a forum owner in the past and we ended up selling at least 3 different websites that we started together. The first website was started for the purpose of selling it once it's ripe. We managed to sell it for $800. It was a very good website sales project as far as I'm concerned.

I've built sites over the years and when they get popular enough I tend to sell them off. I don't do it as much these days as I have other jobs I do instead.

I put a lot of effort into my projects. So they fetch a decent amount when I sell it. I have done that before and it helped me cover the money I invested on the project.

This is exactly how most websites owners who are in the business of selling their website projects used to have it go down. There's no way you would invest so much in your forum projects only to end up selling it for a lesser amount of money. It's a bad business that shouldn't be taken up.

I've never sold any of my website. I have one website which is only 3 years old. I intend to see out the website project at least in the next 20 years by the mercy of God. I was to become even if it's 20% of how popular reddit is today in the future.

There are some people who are into this kind of online business when it comes to building and managing website to the point where it is profitable for them to sell it and make a lot of profit from the transaction. I've been thinking about getting into this kind business full time but it's time consuming.
