If you did how much did you make? Selling sites might be hard for some people as they are attached to it but when it seems that you can't continue working on it I think its the best option to sell it.

Yes, i did sell a forum on Flippa. And until now, i regret having made the decision. The forum had great potential that i had not tapped into. The new owner simply improved the look and the site was getting thousands of organic traffic in less than a year. Anyway, i made a decent amount at the time. I sold the forum at USD 500 only. It was just lying there, but it had some active members. What the guy did was just add some promotions and more forum categories, and now it is among the leading forums in his country. He also made it local, so that one really helped him garner local traffic using Local SEO tactics.

Well, I have never bought or sold sites via flippa. Well, I am not into buying and selling sites yet, however, this is the area where I would like to try my hands. I hear that you can make full time income by selling sites on flippa.

IN the past 3 years, I have sold a lot of websites, in fact I have lost a track of how many websites I have sold. The lowest amount I received by selling a website was $150 and the highest amount I received was $1000.

What determines the value of your website when you are selling? The number of content? The traffic? The revenue? What?? I am asking this question because I find this concept really interesting.

If am in a position to have a site and it seems not to work thee way I expected,I guess I will sell it out to start another one or better still start up another business entirely I guess.

I had listed my blog for sell back in 2018 but everyone who wanted to buy it was asking how much profit it made. And I had never made money from it so I ended up deleting it.

The profits you make from your site will determine how much you will sell it for.

Though I have never had a site and I haven't sold a site before. But if I had a site I won't want to sell it because of the connection I have with it. I mean this is my sweat it's not gonna be easy for me.

I have never own a site at all or thought of owning one . I think it's actually a good thing seeing all your review but is there any site or forum I can leai it from.

I have once sold my site for about 50 usd ,the site had AdSense account in it ,which made it more easier for me to del it off, i have also sell one of my domain hosting business site

Didn't the site has much potential for you to have sold it for $50? I only know about some friends who sell domain names for as low as $50.

I never sold one cos i don't have any, but those who are into domain flipping business sells lots of sites and make gain from it, base on their level of knowledge.

I don't actually have a website and so I would never consider selling my website even though the website isn't doing well, I always have the mindset that I can resurrect it back to live.

I have never sold any one of my sites before. I never had that in me to go into selling of sites or flipping business or niche. I only abandon the site like that

Six steps to a successful site sale
Understand your website's long-term value in advance.
Know your audience, and know how to sell them.
Research successful website sales before listing your own.
Take steps to optimize profits before making a listing.
Use a popular outlet that attracts the right audience.

I haven't even own a site nor created one before not to talk of selling one but if I ever get to own one I doubt if I would ever sell one unless it came to a definitely no end .

I am thinking to put two more sites on sale. One is a multi author blog on lifestyle niche, Another is a heal niche blog. I am thinking to set the price to $799.

Same with me also as I have never sold off any of my website before and I don't think that I will sell off any of my website because I will always require the use of my website and I can't seem to see another person making use of the website that I have taken my time to design and build over time.

If I had a lot of websites, I would definitely sell a few and make money as well as ease my work of managing a lot of websites. But I might need a lot of money to build websites.

I recently sold one more site. I had priced the website $600 but when the buyer offered $450, I said yes as I was in need for the money. I am thinking to list one more site
