It's not really you about sueing them , let's just try to face the reality. some people if they come to understand this will be so careful to a point that you may never see them red-handed carrying out the cheating practices.

I still maintain my stand that having a legal agreement between you and your business partner will prevent a lot of cheating. Even in any kind of business you are doing signing an agreement is advisable.

Even though I don't work an offline job and don't plan to, I still like my online career. The benefit of offline employment is that payment is assured at the end of each month.

These days, they are no longer job security for offline jobs, and that is one thing the pandemic really thought me. And that is why I keep advising people to have an online hustle

Now you have clarify the point I was trying to get. But at the same time I'll personally choose to avoid dealing with people I do not trust for whatever reason. When they understand that rules has been made some of them will do it in a way you will never find out.

Trust is one of the most important things when it comes to running businesses. Avoiding people who you do not trust should be your watch word in any business venture because if anything goes wrong you will go out of business.

Well in situations that I understand people I am partnering or dealing with in business are not trusted I'll definitely have to get rid of them all and focus on my business alone. But I know this won't really be an easy thing.

Exactly, knowledge serve right when learned and being practiced. When knowledge is expressed it gives out experience,so when you are experienced you can do anything without having trust issue with hired worker.
