I could remebr when i was into paid employment,i have a boss that was very understanding,he is very quick to understand the plight of his employees,he is thorough and very detailed at what he does.

I usually get lucky in the aspect of Bosses. My current boss is quite a jovial kind of person but could be strict sometimes, but I do enjoy working for him. He made work easier and achievable.

I don't really have a job at the moment, I am self employed I am the boss of myself, if you are employed I think there must be something you'll like or dislike about your boss.

That means you are your own boss , i also have a business of my own and i am working in a private organisation where i am using the money i am making to support my business .

My boss is the really shoutting kind of person and she is not friendly at all

Personally I really hate it when someone yells at me when it is very easy for the person to talk to me in a normal way so that I will understand what he or she is giving me instruction to do but unfortunately most female bosses are that way.

Currently, I do not have a boss, I am my own business and I can be pretty strict with my staff (including me, of course). I worked for only 17 days in my last job as I picked bones with the boss. The boos was a good man but he tried to exercise control, so I argued and left the job.

My boss is very understanding. It's what I love so much about him. His one of strong principled person I've known. When you're lying, he knows. He will allow you to finish all your lies and he will break everything down for how all of what you said lies. He will fire you after doing that if you committed a serious crime.

My boss can be a jerk sometimes but he's cool man. I have come to understand the kind of person he is and that's made it very easy to work with him. What I did was found a way to read and understand his body language. When it's off, stay away from him and do you job to avoid being caught up in the storm with him.

Are you working with a company right now? I am not working with any kind of company and I am currently working as an independent freelancer. This means that I am not working with a boss per say. Regardless of this, I tend to be hard working person and try my best to work hard on platforms where I am active.

Yes, I am working for a company now and I'm also working online. I have worked for a lot of companies since I graduated from the university. Some of my bosses are good while some are horrible but my current boss isn't the worst that I have worked for.

It is good to see that you are working with a boss who understands things in a better way. I think that bosses should be like this and they should also pay their employees at the right time as well. Having said that, I believe that effective communication is also required in order to improve the relationship between you and your boss.
