I have worked with different bosses but the one I worked with recently that I quit from that man was a very wicked and mean. Can you imagine that man wanted to have something to do with inspire that he his married. And when I refused he began to frustrate himself so I had to leave

Though, I have my personal business. But I have some people I work for based on hours.. to be sincere my best boss is a very cool and good man in attitude and all.. He actually wants the best for everyone working for him

I have gone to developing a very good personal relationship with my boss and he is a very nice person right now who is health bent on developing us and ensuring that the company close is achieved.

My last boss in my last work was pretty nice, she guided me all the way and her instructions were clear, she was very polite and nice and she even introduced me her co-worker friend, thanks to her I managed to do the work successfully and got paid as I wanted. It was a good experience to work at this job and the daily lunches were scrumptious.

@Matan_z and @Joshua Farrell - be savage and describe me as a website owner! My last boss, working for a pub chain, I’d describe him to be a boss rather than a leader.

When it was quiet and there was nothing to do, he expected staff members to walk around to look busy so it doesn’t create a bad impression and would constantly micro manage the team.

The boss I am currently working with now is one of the best boss I have ever worked with in my life , he is nice and always care about the well being of his workers .

My boss, the owner of the company, is a pretty relaxed man. He is good at sticking to his word and he makes sure to give bonuses and raises out according to the work being done. I feel lucky to have a boss that knows how to have a laugh in the office as well.

My former boss was a woman of valour and has a heart of a good mother , though she's strict and follows the protocol to punish offenders at work and that's why people hates her ,

I would always refrain to work for someone else and this is why I tend to work as a freelancer. I might employee someone else to work for me, but I really hate working for someone else.

I really like my boss. He's always upbeat and positive, even when things are tough. He's also very innovative and always looking for new ways to improve the workplace. I dislike that he can be a bit micro-managing at times, but overall I have a good relationship with him.

Personally I can't really rate my boss with some exciting qualities but I can say he is good at his task because alot of people can be rated good while they are the opposite.

Your boss has one of the best qualities the owner of an organisation should possess , being good at what you does and taking good care of your subordinate is one of the quality of a good boss.

My boss is kind, caring and effective to a fault. Like he is one person I don't regret getting in contact with. He has made my work very smooth since the very day we met.

My boss is someone that is very caring and I really like having some person as my boss, he always keep his words my does have any problem when working with he, I really enjoyed working with him.

Having a nice and positive boss who always takes care of the employee and updating you in every aspect of works make working in an organisation more easier and perfect.

I had one before during the time I was trying to acquire a skill. Well all I can say is that I was not really comfortable with him because of most of His behavior. In all the same, he has helped me in many ways.

I don't know what's wrong with people like that, if you are working under someone then it's very difficult for you to find him with the qualities you need, but I believe there are good boses. What do you think.

Some of them have an extremely poor teaching habit. They just believe that as their student you just have to watch them as they perform a particular tasks believing that you will learn from that. They don't really care to give explanation when necessary.

I'm not currently employed but when i was training to become a fashion designer, i did not like my boss. She was not a very mean person per say, she could be sweet sometimes but she was quick to anger and she always transfered aggression to us when she is in a bad mood.

Thats an attributes of a boss , though some of them are always sweet and takes you like a daughter and a son while guarding you to success , but some of them are hear because apprentice always takes their good intention for granted .

I doubt we the apprentice took her good intention for granted. Most boss believe that being a nice boss also would make their workers and employees disrespect them but it isn't always true.
