My boss is kind, caring and effective to a fault. Like he is one person I don't regret getting in contact with. He has made my work very smooth since the very day we met.

Her manners of correcting workers' mistakes seem very aggressive and always making emphasis to salary deductions for every mistakes made, she can also be nice at times with respect to giving bonuses at the end of the month as well as appreciating hardworking employees. i don't really blame her negativities because no employer would love to see her business failing but also have to be calm at same time.

Then you are indeed lucky, I have seen and heard alot of persons make complains about the boss they work with, how strict he or she might be and of cause his work ethics. So you are lucky to find a nice boss.

My boss can be nice sometimes but other times seems too strict and can bring up salary deductions at the slightest mistake. He encourages us through salary bonuses sometimes so he is actually cool

Well I'm not presently employed but of course I have had bosses in time past. I've met a lot of them and they all had different characters,some are caring and jovial while some are just so strict and too demanding

My boss is God fearing, law-abiding, kind gestured, and has very good listening ears.
I dislike the face that if you make a mistake, and she wants to correct you, three adjoining buildings must hear her voice!

My boss is a very forward person. I think i dislike that about him.
One thing i like about him is his promptness in paying staff salary.
I think everyone in the company likes him too mainly because of that.

Well in describing your boss it depends on those qualities he posses in the organisation to some extent I will.say my boss is the best and intellectual person I have come across even though some times he is friendly and sometimes very rude but he still remain the best for me.

My boss care much about guess you are working under him. He makes sure he pay salary on time even if he doesn't have any cash in his bank account. He is not too strict in dealing with people.

When I was getting some training to become a qualified electrician, I have to work with a boss for experience.. well what I can say about him is that he is so bossy and he just want you to obey without giving any complain or even raising a suggestion.

Well, I am my own boss and I do not know how I could describe myself. I used to have a day job a few months ago and the bosses were a bit haughty and this is something no employee would like. They always used to say that they would let you go even if you perform moderately. This was something that I found strange.
