Debate on Debating!

What is the real point in debating at all? What do we gain from it? What do others gain from it? I personally think that the reason we debate can fall under three categories.

1. To find our what is true and not true
2. Just for fun (To Argue)
3. To enlighten onself.

Which option do you think rings true? I personally think it is a mixture of 2 and 3 personally.

Well, I chose an option and it took me to a white page, haha. Maybe not

To argue, it's always fun And also to try and give people a wider view by pointing them to facts that support the opposite view.

It's always fun to argue and by debating with others, you can learn useful and interesting information.

Yeah it is. Did anyone notice the polls aren't working? I found out it's a theme error- another reason to change theme

Yeah, I tried voting and it took me to a blank white page... I thought it was just me.

Pretty annoying, I think the designer is supposed to be doing one last update with a lot of fixes but they haven't got around to it. Ah well....
