How does real estate help solve the issue of over crowding in urban cities, urban areas are essentially defined by its commercialism and as such people will flock more to those areas, this is usually a good thing for real estate investors that would mean people will want to buy and rent places to live. However there are some cites that are looking to de-congest because of high levels of pollution, does this help the real estate business in that city?

Real estate can help in decongestion of that urban areas by a absorbing those extra population that comes into the city with properties for their buying pleasure, infact most real estate agent has slashed down the price of properties.

I want the decongestion of the cities here but that will not happen. When the issue of heavy traffic was a hot topic every day, my suggestion is to have a moratorium on construction of building particularly malls in the city maybe for 5 years. If that is the case then the businesses would move to the suburbs and rural areas. But that ban on construction cannot happen because real estate developers have the money to bribe the government officials. The condominium buildings are now getting higher and even the housing projects are doing smaller with the subdivided lots. Worse, cars are parked on the side of the street because they have no garage to speak of with the small lot of their home.

The rapid growth of population in urban areas is jeopardizing the mobility and air quality worldwide. One of the most notable problems arising is that of traffic congestion which in turn affects air pollution.

Of course, the real estate business is essential to eliminate overcrowding and decongest urban areas. If there is no more building space in urban areas, construction companies should look for areas adjacent to the city and build to avoid congestion problems in the city. At that time the Real Estate intervenes.

I believe real estate can help resolve these issues with the development of properties in the nearby cities with the government assisting by constructing good road to link the cities, that way people can be coming from far to carry out their daily commercial activities.

The quick development of populace in urban regions is endangering the portability and air quality around the world. Perhaps the most eminent issues emerging is that of gridlock which thus influences air contamination.

All the real estate company needs to do is to look for an alternative location and build, by doing so, they will help in the decongestion process. Over population is not even healthy for the citizens living in that area. Pollution will be more and individuals will be more susceptible to diseases.

De-congestion in urban areas can only be actuallize in places that has not been devoloped already, that's when you can control the issue of decongestion, the government can easily set plans on how the issue can be controlled be controlled, and the investors will find it easier to adhere to that instructions

Yes of course de-congestion help real estates to get more client because most of the people live in in the urban area want their privacy they don't really like cloudy place. Because of this real estate agents easily gets clients in urban area

The city is overcrowded by people because many come to the city to seek greener pasture, to establish their business and make enough sales that brings profit. Having lots of building will not reduced the congested environment. The city is viewed as the commercial environment, as such people flock there everyday to do business.

That is the same scenario here that people in the rural areas come to the city (particularly to Manila) for the purpose of earning money by all means. They can be laborers, street vendors, beggars and even thieves or burglars. Making things worse is that they bring their family and they have no house to live in. There are more than 100,000 homeless families in Manila.

That's almost like that all round the world. I believe manila is your place of resident?? All cities are like that, crowded by too many people. It can't be reduced because people view it as a place to survive by doing many things both legit and illegal.

Real estate can only do a little in decongesting of urban areas as the responsibility to carry out such plans will be that of the government mostly. The government can relocate some of it's agencies and companies to other parts outside the centre for a change, and decongestion will take it's natural order

I personally feel for real estate to have effects on de-congestion of people in a particular environment, they'll have to erect beautiful standard structures in the outskirts of the cities to attract populations their.

Decongestion of the urban areas can only be done by the government. Real estate want to make money and you won't expect them to have properties and lands where have not been developed

There are so many the decongestion in urban areas this is because many people r running to urban areas to look for the daily livelihood. They believe that is only at the urban area that you can be able to get a source of living.

Decongestion in urban areas is a hot topic, this is because there are so many people in such area that one can hardly breathe or move freely without been held by terrible traffic everyday. The only way real estate can help with decongestion is building houses a bit close to the city where there are free lands and slash the prices for these buildings, believe me when I say people wouldn't mind getting those properties so far the area is accessible to the city.

A well planned city will promote real estate business. It is when a city does not have a good model that is when the real estate always have issues on overpopulation and the government trying to decongest the city to avoid pollution of any kind andnto reduce crime rate.

Yeah I don't think this help real estate business in some area, like my area for example, the area is so congested and we still have rooms for rent and I still don't understand why the rooms are still empty tho.
