Cutting Sugar and Salt

Sugar and salt in moderation is good for your body but most of us are eating more than the recommended doses. Everything we eat contain high amount of sugar and salt. Have you ever though how much sugar and salt you are putting inside your body, do you ever try to cut your salt and sugar intake? How do you do that?

Generally speaking, all packaged food contain a lot of sugar or salt, or both. Sodas have high amount if sugars in them. I try to avoid packaged foods. Instead of buying processed foods, which have high amount of salt and sugar, I eat home cooked food. I drink coffee without added sugar, I take very small amount if sugar in tea.
