That is just the fact about business,the price difference no matter how small gives a big diference to them,but while on that we should not compromise on quality,else we should just don't do it.Oh well, who wouldn't like to get good with quality at a cheap price, it's something everyone would like and we are all customers one way or another.
I wonder why he put that out for as a question obviously satisfying your customers should be the goal of any business, while making profitSurely the satisfaction of a customer can bring more customer thereby increases the sales because at times customer can serves as an advertiser for your business if they are satisfied with your services
Does a higher customer satisfaction influence sales? If so, care to explain why?
True talk because without a customer there is no sale and if there is no sales there is no profit for the business or the company and if the company does not see sale it folds up.Customer satisfaction should be a priority of a business because this is what can improve the rate of sales positively.
