Oh well, who wouldn't like to get good with quality at a cheap price, it's something everyone would like and we are all customers one way or another.
That is just the fact about business,the price difference no matter how small gives a big diference to them,but while on that we should not compromise on quality,else we should just don't do it.
 
The customers are one of the backbones of the business and your aim is to provide satisfaction by providing quality products to them, fast delivery in case of ecommerce, rectifying their issues promptly, granting discounts and updating them when there are new products. If all these are well done, you see your customers referring more clients and also buying more from you. Personally, I believe that customers satisfaction can influence sales. This is because if a customer is satisfied he or she will most likely come back to patronize you. And can even tell others about your hospitality which can still bring sales to you. That is my opinion.
