Yes taking risk is a must for an entrepreneur, but this should not be a reason to start taking risk unnecessary, a good entrepreneur should also learn risk management so you won't end up making or taking risks that would end up destroying the business.

Some don't even see themselves as a leader, you know having a host of employees work for them, they feel like the responsibility might too much. What advice do you have for people like that?

Well, I am quite opposite to this. I cannot work a 9-5 job because I do not want get pressurized by anyone else. This was a common problem which I was facing when I was having an offline job a few months ago. I am comfortable with working online and making money.

We have so many of this kind of people around, you will see them always making you feel you have not done enough, I advice them to just take one step at a time

If the business is going through some financial challenges then you must go and take loan 2 sustain the business and once the business is in profit you can pay off the loans.

One thing i have come to discover is that some persons are just cut out to be under an organsation,because that is where they would actually give in their best,they might not function very well while working for themself.

My advice for them is this, you can never really know how something will be until you give it a try, when you are your own boss, you can work at any time you like unlike a 9-5 job which you have to go through throughout the week, it is stressful, although business is stressful as well, but you are the one in charge and you would have control of how you would run things there.

The major challenges in coping in business is sales. Low patronize have a way of bring the moral of the business owner and the business will be affected negatively.
