When you have a lot of employees to cater for in tour business it is understandable that it will be a serious job in managing and control them for the business owner. You can allow your staff to go for break for like an hour everyday at work, that will give you the opportunity for you to rest for some time.

A growing business also faces a lot of challenges. this is because as the business started growing the problems also started growing, this may need a good manager to always give solution to every problem.

My advice here would be to do whatever makes you comfortable and sometimes you do have to step outside that comfort zone, but to what end? Ultimately if you don't want to take the risks I don't think that's a bad thing. Some people just don't want to be in that position, but if you do feel like you want to try then you need to just got for it and learn from any mistakes you make. It's the only way.

It is not easy to cop with business challenges but every business owner must be able to do that in other to make good money, sometimes they might be up and down in business.

There is a popular saying that no good thing comes easy. You want to make it big in that business of yours, then do all it takes to make it work for you. There must be challenges on the way even in the best of plans.

There are a lot of people out there and who are simply comfortable with the usual 9-5 work because they have anxiety issues or simply because of fear of failure. Some don't even see themselves as a leader, you know having a host of employees work for them, they feel like the responsibility might too much. What advice do you have for people like that?
That is the pure truth, not everyone is meant to run a business. Some suck at it. And not everyone can work under someone. Just find whatever works for you and make the best out of it.

That may be true, but the major reason why people to not enter into business is lack of fund. Many persons have good business idea but no money to start it up

Trully speaking if you look at at very well, not every person is cut out to start up their own establishment,if you look at them very well they have the skill, experience and a lot that would take to start up something, but they are not just the type to withstand the patience and rigoures that comes with standind alone and nurture things to grow. They prefer an already established outfit, they work and you pay them.

Starting a business is not easy at all and coping with the already established business is a difficult task when the business is more than one, running around trying to monitor the employee in their various section.

There’s no advise for such person. They’re not willing to the risk and it’s good if they don’t take the risk cause failure may break them. Everyone cannot be a business owner. Everyone cannot be successful in business. Everyone cannot be a risk taker. That’s what differentiates the rich from the poor.
Not everyone is in for a business set up or to become their own boss,Some no matter their skill level and experience, they do not have the spirit and patience to persevire through the rigoures experienced in running a business.

Coping with business challenges has been an issue since ages , and that's why some people turn down the opportunity of being a leader because they are scared of failing due to anxiety or lack of trust in themselves.

Truth is that you wount know if you are good in something until you give it a try. No one has any right to say they cant or are not good in anything when they have never tried it out. Just give it a goal, if you fail, you can be sure you tired. And also know this no successful man started without tasting failure in one way or the other. So failure is not the end

Yes everybody is a master on his own and we think we knows it all until we give it a trial and fail, then we will understand that there are challenges to face in the business world, and that we can't have everything on a platter of gold.

Coping with business challenges can only be done if the business is runing in a self money capital whereby is their is any damagies or loss in business, their won't be any stress of how to return borrowed to the borrowed owner because the money is from self account.
self money is a more important thing for coping with business. I think it may low risk of damage or loss in business, so there is no stress to return someone if any business is a flop because of self account money.

We have our choices, people might love the usual 9-5 working type. While others prefer investing on their own business, and become a boss of their own.

There are a lot of challenges in business and every business man must learn how to deal with these challenges. that is the reason why it is important to study the nature of the business you are going into.

I have to agree that capital is the primary issue when it comes to opening a business. But on the other hand not all people with business ideas can have the break to prove their worth. That is why there is the bank to lend money to budding entrepreneurs although it is not easy to obtain a bank loan because you need a guarantor aside from the collateral.

There is nothing wrong liking the 9-5 jobs as it is not everybody that will own a company or business. Who will work for you in your own start up if everybody has own as an entrepreneur.?

Such people should be advised to believe in themselves and the leadership abilities they possess. Indeed many people stick to 9-5 jobs not knowing that they can do much better running big businesses. They just need to become courageous and start doing the business.
