Do you hire paid posters for your community? Are you running a paid to post community? Do you get quality content from your paid posters? I sometimes hire paid posters on my community but I am not much satisfied with the quality of content, most paid posters on my forums are only interested in earning, they do not create quality content to attract genuine discussion. I am a staff on a couple of paid to post forums and most of these paid posters are creating low quality content.

I have not as of yet hired any writers to post in my communities but it is something that I have considered in the past and probably would do if I had the budget to do so.

As a writer myself, I always look for the quality of content that I would provide myself when hired, around 40 words or over and on point and replies or even threads that boost engagement and activity too.

I have known paid writers to post very small amounts and expect it to be enough.

From what I have seen 50% of the regular contributors I have come across give quality output. Some are really good, some do nice work and some manage to pass with good grades.
