Do you consistently update your site with fresh content on a regular basis, such as daily or weekly? This includes not just creating new threads, but also producing in-depth content like weekly updates or articles. If you do, how do you handle when you are unable to consistently keep up with this content? What do you do when you run out of ideas for the content you produce? It can be challenging to find the time to consistently produce high-quality content that will interest readers. What is your experience with constantly publishing unique content?

It's tough because the online world is so repetitive and you get most topic ideas from other forums, which is why you see X topic on all 5 forums you're a member of. I try and create unique content, but I'm usually fresh out of ideas. I don't do so on a weekly/monthly basis, but only when I can actually think of something to post that might entice users to join in on the discussion.

The simple truth is that when it comes to adding new high quality contents on your forum everyday, it's a very tidious work and it's most likely going to burn you out sooner than later. You don't have to do it everyday but at your own free pace. Also, try as much as possible to get others to add fresh topics too in order to have varieties of ideas.
