Many things can be responsible for businesses to fail amongst them are recession,poor marketing,high interest rate, high taxation from government and most common due to insecurities
 
Anyone that is going into any business to not just take anyone that doesn't have it any understanding of management to manage your business because lack of proper management is the thing that is causing all business that is failing these days to fall, hire a proper manager that have a deep understanding about that business

One of the major reason would be improper management of finance and other resources. Bad customer care. Selling what you like and not what people want to buy. Bad leadership. Inconsistency too.

There are very reasons of failure in business in which lack of attention ,using bad quality products selling ,employee boss bad relationships ,don't litsen carefully the customers arguments ,don't honest with own business means giving less time to it these all are circumstances of business failure for someone in life by avoiding them one can be suceed

This is a better break down on the post shared. To my descretion if proper plans are not implemented, lots of failure will surely come along in the long run. To make a business survive and sustain your business plans should be effective and well structured.
 
Business failure happen mostly because of inability to manage cost.
Also, lack of knowledge is another vital reason business fail. Inexperience management. Mangers/owners of most bankrupt firms do not have the experience, knowledge or vision to run the business
 
I have had some good experiences as regards convincing a client, you need not panic as far as your goods and services are of great quality, do make sure to task your employees on correct customer service methods even when it comes to handling aggressive individuals. Market your products to them without hyping or telling lies, most customers love sincerity in business.
