Business failure is linked to when you spend above the business means, that is, when you spend business money instead of the profit that the business generates. When one over spends the profit, one is only holding down the business growth but when one deeps hand into business money (capital) then that will lead to the folding of the business.

All its marketing efforts would be wasted unless a company can explicitly state why its product is different from others similar to it in the marketplace or come up with a specific value proposition.

All of the above is correct, If that is what happened to the business owner, it is certain that the business will go bankrupt and collapse. Those are just common but often those common mistakes have not been realized and managed by the businessman well so they are losing money.
 
Business demans a full attention and awnership. Business fail for different reasons. To some, it is improper planning, to some, it is shortage of funds due to inflation. Government policies does matter too. The ease in opening and running a business matters a lot. Even you owns a little business but it requires proper time.

Some companies fails because they give up too soon on there gaols.

A business is develop by relationships between people if a business not pay attention on his business it runs on failure.
Also a business is a name of profile or lost. A business man need to take rowk in business for making business well and growing.
 
There are ao many things that makes or lead to the failure of a business such as lack of planning, laziness, lack of interest on that your business. That is some of the reasons why some business are crashed and the owner will have a lack of somany things.
