Most toothpaste all have similar cleaning products so it shouldn't matter that much. However, they are all a little different so you have to find one that works for you specifically. Like different tastes, or extra cleaning products.

I cannot really say.

But in my experience, if I use something other than Sensodyne, I start to have problems.

Cold water. Warm water is ok, but it would need some flavour

I use sensodyne which helps a lot, but I still prefer drinking room-temperature water over cold. I have fillings and they hurt if they get hit with cold (so I have to eat things like ice cream very carefully).

I prefer having warm water in the morning. It helps me manage my weight. Rest of the day, I prefer cold water. Hot water seems to be tasteless to me. Cold is refreshing.

I like my water to be really cold. Like, to the point where it is kind of slushy.

I prefer the warm water, I dont even drink cold water in summer or hot weather days. x_x
