These days finding the right .com domain is a bit hard. And so you have to find out the alternative domains which can be useful for the brand. I want to know how much people make use of the .co domains. And how valuable are those domains for the business or brands.

Do you think .co domains are good for the branding and business?

Yes of course it worth it! It is safe but a little expensive. It is useful and beneficial if it matches your domain, make a good choice that is available for your business and brand. Search engine optimization is also available for codomain. Your domain ranking shows your company worldwide online.

so far I have not met any .co domain and honestly, personally I don't even like this domain. I prefer a .com (it's $ 1.20 on godaddy a .com domain / year)

No domain extension can beat .com domain extension. Search Engine tends to crawl a domain with .com extension more than other extension on web. So it's best to go for .com extension whenever you want to choose your domain

Dotcom domains are easily toggled and searched, thats why I prefer using dotcom domains to my developing any website either for myself or people that require my services.

.co extension is cool depending on its usecase. If you are targeting traffic from Colombia and its environment then .CO extension would be a great deal.

Depends on how you use it, but it is a top level domain so it is worth the money. It is not comparable with .com, .net, and even .org, but it's still up there with .info, .biz, and so on. I saw .me getting more and more popular, and .co was really popular when it came out due to all of the good domains being available.

I have not bought a dot co domain yet, however, I believe dot co is a good substitute for dot com domains. Dot com domains are often regarded as king com, however, these days it is really difficult to get a good dot com domain. Every possible dot com domain name you can think of seems to be already taken.

If you want to brand your business any domain will work. Co looks nive but so are biz, net, store, online, net, club etc. The extension does not matter, it is the content on the website which ultimately counts.

Since the amount of available TLDs boomed in 2014, it's lead lots of people to using all kinds of different endings and .co domains are no different. Whilst it's intended for people related to Columbia, I've seen a lot of tech sites use it when the .com has already been taken.

I think if you can't use a .com but the .co is available, I don't see why not. It's short and easy to remember.

Ever since i started being online and visiting different websites, earning sites. I've seen many adaptation of domain extension, but the popular among them and preferred choice is always .com.

Though the very common one is.com but it is always expensive and scarce. You can try to use the alternative and strive harder to promote it. It may give you the desired result.

Everyone has their preference, I've seen many .co domain extensions websites around. I love .com cos its been around for long time, and it is easier to type by visitors. Majority of people still think that .com is the only extension around, that's why it is easier for them to type.

For me, the most important part of the domain is the domain name and I don't think the domain name provider or the dot suffix sill not matter much. What is the difference between a dot COM and a dot CO? It is just one letter missing and users will not care to check on the URL as long as the website is legit and the contents are interesting.

Last week, I read on Twitter that eth.co sold for $300,000. This is to tell you that any good keyword in .co would definitely sell if you can be patient to wait.

lot of people get confused between it and .com, if you think you can afford the .com one, it would be better, so you guarantee that visitors won't find issues reaching your website

On my experience and of what i have heard of it worth it buthe bad thing is that it's also expensive so if you have the money yeat it totally worth it

CO domain is a little more expensive. ... If it fits with your domain, then it's fine. If it's just because you can't get the com, you'd probably be better off choosing another TLD or domain name that better fits what you need. .io is always a good choice and are often available

The kind of website extension that you use can actually push your business and for the fact that the .com extension that's the most popular website extension for all forms of website makes it the best and for .Co website extension would actually be great for a company branding.
