Cheap guitars and other instruments on sale

The largest musical instrument store here is owned by my distant relative who also owns the RJ radio station. He goes on sale once a year not to dispose of the stocks but to provide his products at a cheap cost for those who couldn't afford. I was able to buy a guitar at 50% discount. He is such a nice guy.

That's pretty cool to have a connection like that, but even cooler that you wait for when he puts those sales and can support each other like that. He got his sale and you got the guitar cheaper. 50 per cent is nothing to scoff at. I take it you had been waiting specifically for that date or did it just happen to be taking place around the time you decided a new guitar might be a good idea?
I hope you are enjoying the guitar. It is a pretty neat instrument.
