Can you sleep without a blanket?

If you ask me, I don't get sleep with a blanket covering my body. No matter what the season is. I need a blanket for sure. If its hot, I'll turn on the AC, the fan and I'll take a blanket xD , If it's cold, anyway I'll take a blanket; If it's raining, it's gonna get cold so ultimately the blanket has to be on me. No doubt at all!

What about you guys? Is it the same with you or I am the only alien here xD

Well, look, in the place where I live, it is a hellish heat, today we are at 38 degrees of temperature, and we have come to be up to 43 degrees of temperature, if it is winter I have no problem using a blanket, logically, but in this season not even the air conditioning can lower the temperature as much as to use a blanket at night

I wish I had the opportunity to wear a blanket at all times of the year, honestly I envy you.

I feel you man! Actually my hometown is also very hot. Temperature crosses 40C and normally it is about 35C along with high humidity lol. If you sleep without a fan and A/C, the bed is gonna be completely wet with your sweat haha xD

I am so glad I am not the only person that does this! Me and my daughter both feel this and we often get told we are crazy and weird because we use a blanket even when it's really warm and humid to sleep.

There is something about having a blanket when I sleep and I have to be covered, I feel it is a comfort thing if I am honest and is something I always do.

Normally, I don't like sleeping with a blanket covering my body unless the weather is extremely cold. My blanket is always on the bed just in case I started feeling cold suddenly in the middle of the night. I don't usually put on any clothes whenever I'm sleeping, it's why I have the blanket on standby.

This could be the case. I know I do it and feel I need to do it as it is a comfort thing which could also be some kind of safety and protection thing as well for me.

Even when I fall asleep without a blanket over me say if I have passed out, I usually wake not too long after to cover myself over before going back to sleep.

Same with me as well. Somehow my subconscious mind makes sure my body is covered with the blanket no matter what. 😅

I have before, so I can, but I prefer a blanket. It feels like a blanket just makes you sleep more soundly and comfortably.

The weather is extremely cold in my region as it's raining everyday or every two days now. With this kind of cold, I can't sleep without my duvet. It's duvet I call it and not blanket. Without covering up with the duvet, the cold won't let me sleep.

The problem with me and sleeping with blankets is that I'm always feeling hot which is why it is usually very difficult for me to cover up with blankets whenever I'm sleeping. It's only when the weather is extremely cold that my body is going to need or want to be covered up so that my body can adjust to the temperature.

Seriously, it's been the same thing over here with heat. We had a breather because it rained two days ago and that helped to cool down the hotness of the weather. Whenever it's hot, I don't find it easy to sleep at night unless my air conditioning system is on.

I was thinking I won't be able to sleep without blankets until one hectic day I came feeling tired and dizzy. Man last thing I remembered was taking off shoes and the rest are histories. I woke up next day seeing myself still on what I wore. Lol

For me, even in hot weather, it is very difficult to sleep without a blanket because it is my protection at night, so I sleep even with a very light blanket, but I can't completely without it, it's just uncomfortable and it's very difficult to fall asleep
