Can one truly make it life through betting/gambling business??

I know a couple of guys who are making their living through gambling. However, they do not just gamble, they also use the money they win to make an investment. For example, when they win $100, they will put $50 into investment and use the remaining $50 to gamble next time. When they lose this money, they will still have $50 invetsment.

Interesting topic! It's cool to hear about people finding a unique balance between gambling and smart investing. It seems like these guys are playing it smart with a strategy that combines risk and reward.

I never been one for gambling or not too much of it. I think it's rare to make it rich with gambling. Sure you can make some good money, but the majority of people doing it, don't make a ton of money or end up losing a ton of money. Than you got those addicts who can't stop playing and in turn it keeps destroying their financial stability.
