Our government has a campaign against unlicensed meat that is sold in the market. Even frozen meat is not allowed in the wet market although in supermarkets there are frozen meat with certification. The butcher business is very profitable here because we are meat eaters particularly of pork, beef and chicken. The butchering is done in the slaughterhouse which is licensed by the government and inspected for sanitation purposes from time to time.
