Definitely you have a very good view about this particular concept. to me also business and customer are two interdependable concept which both always work together with out the other the other one can not function effectively they depends on each other for survival.

And this is exactly what keeps the customers attached to you, customers don't really appreciate businesses that don't take their complaints serious and may tend to even leave such company for another that's doing better

Most times you don't get to come in contact with the customers. It's your employees, some employees are so bad at handling customers. make a proper screening before hiring
 
Most of the companies we are having these days are lacking customer services. they employe does who doesn't have skills in customer relationship to holiday shopping.
This has become a common practice, majority of the companies we have today have rude customer service agents. What do you think might be the cause of this? Is it that they do not want to spend resources on training them or what.

One of the things among other things in business is the way and strategy you bring in your customers and how you are treating them,it should be a top priority of any business,because they are the reason for the business.
 
Your business absolutely depends upon customers. If customers are more then your business will be grow in few passage of time. You should be satisfied all customer's service, your behavior with customers would be good and you will make earning very fast. You should make connections and give high quality to your customers.
 
Many businesses that I know are not helping out in this aspect of customer relations and support as they do not care about how their customers feel when using their products. This makes them to lose out always.
 
Customers will generally remember a brand that treats them in a special way and attend to them in a considerate manner,the customer service is the brand of the organisation,and usually represent then outfit in all aspect,they are the eyes through which others sees the organisation.
 
When you give your customers or clients the best quality service they wouldn't find elsewhere you realize that they will always keep coming back for more. So a good customer service has an important role to play in the overall success of any business.
