We use hundreds of things coming from hundreds of brands but among them, only a handful have been able to earn our trust. Whenever we want to buy a product, we always tend to buy it from our favorite brands even though there are other brands who claim to have a better version of the product. It's the trust and faith that drives us towards them. What characteristic features of a brand appeal the most to you which ultimately turns you into a regular customer or I must say, loyal customer? I don't think I pay too much attention to brands, to be honest. I often just buy what tastes good in terms of food and beverages, and for general merchandise, I just purchase what is cheap enough for me to afford but still has some quality to it.
