I'm finally looking to start blogging, but I'm not sure which is the best engine to use. I only know about Blooger or Wordpress, but guess there's a lot more. What are the advantages of each and which one is easy to set up?

WordPress does better on Google. If that matters to you, go with Wordpress. It also offers more options in terms of themes, plugins, etc. so at this point I would never go with Blogger when given the choice between the two. Blogger is easier though so that is something to consider but WordPress is very easy to learn.

I'm used to WordPress and I really like the services they offer. I use the Yoast Premium SEO plugin, it helps me increase my site's visibility in google and also increases organic traffic to the site. Haven't tried out the Blogger's service yet.😬

I would definitely recommend WordPress. You can choose from WordPress.com or the self-hosting version at WordPress.org too. It's just better overall with a lot of great themes, plugins, and amazing support.

I have never used of or heard of blogger to be honest and the one that i have seen and used is wordpress and so I would personally recommend this. At the end of the day i think that the most important feature that you should look at is the user interface that you are happy with because if you are happy with it then you can often tend to learn the features faster as well.

If you want a free blogging platform, try medium, vocal, or hubpages. These are free blogging platforms that also allow you to earn money. Blogger and wordpresss will allow you to create free websites but it is really difficult to earn from free websites.
