I am a graphic designer and i didn't pay money to any site to Acquire the knowledge, all it took me was purchasing of data, all you need is on youtube, one week on Youtube will teach you All you need to learn on graphic designing

However for me I will suggest learning offline from a guru in graphic design, that's because you easily and immediately ask questions on areas you don't understand and get appropriate feedback on the goal.

I have not heard of these sites except canva. However, unlike the OP has said "the best site to learn graphic designing" canva is not a learning website, It is in fact free to use graphic designing tool.

you can also take self learning platforms on consideration as well such as Coursera, Udemy and youtube of course, learning design can be made there as well

The best site to learn Graphics to me is the YouTube. You get to learn practically and understand better than any other site. Although you can still use Udemy course to learn it at your own pace.
