To me, it's chippers cash or kuda bank. These bank has affiliate with other long standing banks, I think they are trustworthy. Till now, no complaint

What's mean by criminal activities ? they should be neutral, users could transfer money to each other no matter what's the reason is , it will be more logical .

I don't really know their problem and why they are not accepting most African countries, you can create an account perfectly with them but you may not be able to withdraw or something like that... I don't really know. Let's see how the future will be.

just don't think there are any other decent payment systems out there that are perfect as a way to receive income from your site really. It's secure both for buyers and sellers and you can receive payments from people from around the world which is great for your site.
