I want to say Billy Madison. I don't know if I'd actually think that if I watched them one by one though, compared and dissected, but it's the only one I have particularly fond memories of.

Agreed. Some truly great quotes. It's one of those movies I can watch again and again with friends and family without tiring of it.
It's gotta be Billy Madison in my opinion. Happy Gilmore and 8 Crazy Nights comes in second, but all of these movies are hilarious!
I really liked 50 First Dates (with Drew Barrymore), Click (with Kate Beckinsale) and You Don't Mess with the Zohan.
