Behavioral segmentation means analyzing your customers’ behavior on the products and services you are selling.

Behavioral segmentation means...

Knowing what brands they prefer, whether they are loyal to the brand or frequently buy from new brands.

Understanding whether they are price sensitivity or not, how much they are willing to spend on products or services.

Determining what their favorite products or services are and if they are willing to trying new products and services

Analyzing how frequently they buy.

When you analyze your target customers through behavioral segmentation, it will be easier for you to create specific strategy that can help you meet your customers expectations, thus making selling much easier.

I've actually seen some businesses that don't regard their customers very well because whenever you go to the social media pages, you will see a lot of complaints showing that customers have been neglected. This doesn't mean well for such businesses because with time, their customers are going to divert to the best alternative.
