I like knowning about the software whenever I use it. That's why I watch courses or a lot of tutorials before I get into it.

What do you do? Do you learn the software before hand or wing it? Or do you have a different process?

I'll do my own research to determine which one I think is best for me. I'll see how reliable the company is, what they offer, what their previous and current customers have to say about them, etc.
