That is if you have enough money to do so. There are people who have money and they do not have experience about the particular business. What they usually do is to hire people who are very much experience to run it maximally for them.

It depends in the business . If I believe the business is potentially enough to be profitable in the future then there's nothing that will stop me from hiring people as long as the person is willing to make positive impact in my business.

Probably, if a particular business is very promising then you have to try as much as possible to hire people who will take you to the next level. That is what so many investors do.

I think I will invest the money and real estate. There are some cheap lands I can buy at the moment and after some years I will probably make a lot of money from them. Another business idea is opening a bakery.

Offering a higher education for your employees is good, and it's selfless, but most of the employees may leave after attaining certains height in studies through your benevolence. You business needs skilled workers, so giving your employees free training I would say is best, as they would do their jobs as professionals due to the training. There is nothing bad in giving employment late or signing an agreement with the worker you are sending out to complete his or her education or for a program that might help your business , because most of the workers normally leaves work to look for a greener pasture after they comes back .

I actually do not have baking skills at the moment but I will try as much as possible to learn it. The thing is that I may have other businesses i am doing so I may not have the time.
