How do you deal with Arrogance on a forum when you're a webmaster?

I mean someone could be arrogant toward xpl0iter (sorry to use you buddy) because he isn't a native english speaker- although he almost passes for one ;) But he is extremely intelligent and the more I work with him the more I realize that.

Or someone could be arrogant toward me because they're a coding genius and I'm not.

So how do you deal with it when it happens to you?

hehe, np mate!
extremely intelligent
I don't think I would pass for an extremely intelligent guy!
Anyway thanks! :D

And coming to the matter, I don't feel good when some people make fun of other people's weaknesses! Thats just lame and inexcusable! No one is perfect. I would think like, we will be much better off without them!

I have to agree xpl0iter. It quite often happens with programmers online, most of them aren't arrogant but quite a few are. I mean you speak two languages fluently- don't you?- I don't!!!!

I speak like 4 languages. Well thats India. We have like20+ languages here I guess.
If you're moving from one state to another, you will need to know some languages other than just the mother tongue.
Well, English will be helpful in some cases, but there are lots of people who don't speak english.

4 languages- Amazing :) NZers are pretty useless at languages. Hardly anyone can speak anything bar English. Very few people learn another language.
