They can just like it is done in other countries. it is just that our government isn't interested in it for now.

Our Ph government does not impose online earners to pay tax. Earning online is not that big to be taxable unless the trading business for the traders are mostly well-off.

We pay it indirectly because PayPal charges us fee on every payment that we receive and then they pay us at lesser price so it's a fee and tax both on our earnings.

I think there is no law even that organizes online work if I am not wrong means surely no law means no tax in many countries, laws stills outdated.
