if your business very big one you actually need a manager to help your to run the activities in the business venture. If it's small you need to manage it properly by yourself and make sure that profit is maximized and also save cost.

By God's grace I believe that I am doing my best in my business which is why I've been able to see the amount of growth that I have seen in the business for the past 6 years. I'm still looking forward to expanding and employing more people to help me to grow my business further.

So how do you cope with the high cost of inputs in the business. So many people folded up because the inputs like feed and other things tripled.

I actually have the knowledge of how to make feed for my poultry birds or chickens which is why I cut down cost so much when it comes to buying them. But as for my fish farming, I still buy the ones that have been produced by companies that are doing the feeds. I am still learning how to make the feeds for myself and soon I will know how to do it and it will help me to cut down cost on it too.

I believe that it really depends on the kind of business that you are planning to start whenever you are ready to start the business and also your availability to be involved in the business 24/7 to make sure that you don't need someone to help you run it.

Yes I have been able to run a business and still have manager this is because I believe there are some responsibilities that are supposed to be done by the manager and I will be responsible for all decisions making.
