I am happy to announce that Forum Explorers + Admin Junkies merged together, and we will be using Admin Junkies (https://admin-junkies.com/) as the combined site moving forward.
Admin Junkies now offers a decade worth of forum history and the origins of 4 different forum sites (WebGuruBB, WebsiteForums, ForumExplorers, and AdminJunkies). Our hope is to combine the past, present, and future of these combined websites as we grow into the premier destination for independent forum webmaster discussion.
Admin Junkies offers a vibrant and active webmaster community with a great staff. Forum Explorers offers rich and diverse social discussions. Together, we'll have the best from both as we move forward.
What's Next?
We completed the merge on Wednesday / Thursday May 15 - 16 2024.
On the front-end, we plan to quickly combine and consolidate overlapping boards and to resume all services (such as posting packages and content order forms).
In the longer term, I will be conducting a site assessment to strengthen existing areas, publish a content calendar that will bring new discussions to members every week, and invest in new areas to empower forum owners with better resources to be successful.
We will publish news and announcements as changes are implemented.
A Sense of Adventure
On a final note, I wanted to take a step back and reflect upon the combined sense of journey and adventure that underlies both Forum Explorers and Admin Junkies.
Both of our logos are represented by directional movement: a compass and a rocket. Whether you are looking for navigation to redirect you in the right direction or a community to propel you forward, you will find the combined Forum Explorers + Admin Junkies to be a supportive community that will cheer you on with resources, friends, and services to help you on the way.
